Eileen A. Mallesch serves as a Director and Chairperson of the Audit Committee on the Boards of Bob Evans Farms, Inc. (BOBE) and State Auto Financial Corporation (STFC). The stock for each company is listed on the NASDAQ.

Most recently, Eileen served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Nationwide Insurance Property and Casualty segment, a $16 billion business. At Nationwide, Eileen led the development of an Enterprise Risk Management process.
Eileen has over 25 years of broad finance and business strategy roles in diverse market segments, including: insurance, telecommunications, consumer products, and manufacturing.

From 1998 until 2005 Eileen progressed from Controller to Chief Financial Officer at General Electric for its Group Insurance and Life Insurance businesses. In addition, she was Controller of its telecommunications business, GE Americom.
From 1988 to 1998, Eileen held finance leadership roles at PepsiCo and Asea Brown Boveri, a world leader in power and automation technology. From 1985 to 1988 she was an auditor for Arthur Andersen, where she earned her CPA.

A summa cum laude graduate of the City University of New York, Eileen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting while working full time as a Radiologic Technologist. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Eileen and her husband George live in Gahanna, Ohio. Eileen is actively involved in the community by serving as a Board of Trustee for the Columbus College of Art and Design (CCAD), founding member of United Way of Central Ohio Women’s Leadership Council (WLC) and founding member of the Ross Leadership Institute.
